Not trying to be a smart alec, but honestly its almost hilarious the amount of people just wonder why they haven't seen their checks yet. How is anybody gonna pay anybody they can not identify?

Ideas to use these tools will be thrown in the next post. In this post I would like to smooth out being a affiliate a little more. What is a affiliate? Person or entity that acts as a legal representative for a 3rd party company, or something close to that I hope. Well even if its not its sounds pretty intelligent, right? Permissions are given from this company to legally market, negotiate, design, explain, and offer the services in lack of their concrete presence. This is so common among business that I guarantee you have seen a affiliation somewhere before. The goal of this in the business world was always to spread business out easier with less hassle through trusted capable partnerships. As a affiliate, you act as if this business is your own even though its not your direct product or service.
A example? Some of the most known are TV Stations. Have you ever noticed that the major networks sometimes will say ABC-4 rather than just ABC? Or sometimes? on a toss they will say "Now out to our Network affiliate...."? Thats because this is not the network ABC, its a actual total seperate entity that broadcasts ABC shows. You would never know because it has a almost same logo, its broadcasting ABC shows, and talks of ABC events. However, you will definately also see local shows pretty often. This station is a local partner that is owned by a completely different entity. They come to a agreement that allows the local station to have popular content that ABC broadcasts. They benefit because they now have a quality product to expose and do not have to build up on so much. They now have automatic local viewers that will view these national programs. As it also widely benefits the national network, like ABC, because they have added more audience to their viewership that they did not have to spend a huge budget to get. Its a much more loose franchise investment due to the fact their usually isn't a huge "Buy - In". The affiliate exposes this product through his circle and gets PAID a good piece of whatever business they bring.
When you are a independant affiliate of Crazy N Sane/Music Distro, you want to use your channels and skills to broadcast it to your following or surroundings. If you are a beautician, throw up a stand alone panel with your favorite Music That Pays artist on it. Or if you are a walking billboard, throw a small spot for your Music That Pays url. How about being a place that wraps cars? Throw a section on your personal wrap with your favorite artist on their along with the Music That Pays logo and say "Get this hot Music that Pays from .....". Your vouching or endorsing it, so your circle will at least check it out.
There are tons of stuff you can do, but remember its still using your regular channels to endorse a concept that you believe in. I've seen music in the post office, a blood donation in Wendy's of all places, and even a metal ad on a MC's webpage. Its all affiliations!! The affiliation flourishes much better the more you endorse it, but the key is to endorse it someway. Believe you me, your going to always find people that have some interest that is within your normal business and personal circles. Drop one of your tools (card, disc, electronic press kits, gift cards, etc) and tell them of Music That will Pay them for life. They have to be pretty silly to just not try a couple discs. Who wouldn't want to be PAID to listen to music? Your probably listening to some just reading this entry ;)

Tips and Tricks to Make Music Pay You - Part 2 - The Basics
All right all right!! We assumed too easy that everyone would jump and realize that when wanting to start their own affiliate business. And even more so with a revolutionary, never before used structured. So we were a little quick on the trigger. So gonna try to keep this blog more updated with user tools to aid with tips to making Music That Pays, Pay You.....Better.
So this post we'll start with the basics. Make sure that your registered! I can't tell you how many times this has been a problem. Why do the most basic essential things so irritating to people. People are so funny when they look at me and say, "I heard that music, wheres my money?" If thats all that was needed, I would start pan handling outside and telling people to pay their power bill through me. Would you? Of course, not. MDI needs a paper trail for verification and correct payout. Its not only to make sure not to get jipped, its to make sure you don't either. Register on the link you were given. It takes 2 seconds. And better yet thats the only way you can get your assigned tools (i.e pre-printed business cards, your own custiomized link, your links to refer albums). Mine is 10048 after I hit the referral link I was given to sign up.

Drill into their heads, even if you get their e-mail, name, age and if possible number/address and input it yourself if need be.

Tips & Tricks to Make Music Pay You (Part 1)
I love to start something that I hope eveyone will follow. Well I guess I'll start with the basic. For some reason it takes alot for human beings to really become moitvated to do something. Even if you tell them, "You gonna get PAID for what you do for free." Such as listening to music. But make no mistakes their is no such thing as business without making sure your wheels are turning. You have to burn it into the skull so they know. First time I heard of Wal-mart I didn't run to get my groceries. It was all bought Target till I moved to Utah. (and even then Wal-mart is not as big on east coast. WOW shocker)
In the Music That Pays world, you need your people that have signed under you to do some moves. MAKE Sure you are in constant contact with them. E-mail, tex, regular phone, post card, voice delivery, etc. try not to go a whole week without sending them something. Doesn't have to be big or a grand fiescal. Doesn't necessarily have to be something in the world of MTP. You can Send them a funny cartoon or link to something they may like or has their interests. I suggest always something remotely engaged to your relationship you wish to build but not always "business". Its to keep presence in their face. And with that you can offer something to them. A bar-b-que or a drink. Anything to let you know this is what you do, and your not going anywhere. Let me ask you about the corner market around the corner. Do you go everyday because it has great flashing lights, a good smell, and it transforms into a robot? Or do you go because you know it has fresh coffee brewed at 700am sharp everyday like clockwork, fairly good prices for on the go stuff, and the caretaker hooks you up.....And lets not forget you pass it everyday going and coming.
Consistancy, consistancy, consistancy. Don't worry they will follow your lead when they see your in it for the long hall rather than its just a "great opportunity' pitch them.

So here is a quick tutorial to use you credits.
When you get to your back office, after you login to musicthatpays.com, look under "credits" and it should give you a value. Almost everyone has least $100 worth. Go then to the "Place and Order" Link and Buy your albums that you want to get paid for life to listen to. (We strongly, strongly recommend using all your credits and buy $100 worth of albums. So 10!! Remember the more albums you endorse the more royalties goes to you. You are making album royalties off 10 rather than 1 or 2) Take a listen to a couple tracks if you like. We loaded some right there on the artist's sales/preview page. Which ever album you choose, hit the "Order Now" Button:
Side Note: As hopefully just a soon fixed loop hole, you will then be redirected to the category screen. Pick the category of the album you want and then click "Add
to cart" Proceed
You will then be sent to the checkout screen, where you will automatically see the price at $15.00. If you are still opt-in to your Retention pay (Another Strong Recommendation), you will automatically receive your $5.00 discount as soon as you hit "Checkout". That $5.00 has now been uploaded as a CNS Credit and can be used for your future Network purchases (Example: Studio time, UFC T-Shirt, Mass Printing, Microphones).

Crazy Insane Music, for a Crazy n Sane Music World
There is music out there that has a Crazy Sound and gives you a bewildering feeling when it comes on. You know the one at the club or at the rave that plays and you just start moving your body. When that song comes on it really makes you feel like a crack head, or alcoholic. It gives you a great feeling in the moment but you really feel shamed and cheap afterwards. Thats when it gets Crazy and insane music!
If you hear a song that jumps on the radio saying "a little Monica in my life, a little bit of Erica by my side.....", and you turn it up. Thats a music action that is Both Crazy and Insane
If you find yourself snapping to ANY song by Sugar Ray, and you actually deem that music you can hear more than once, thats a music concept that is both Crazy and Insane.

Who ever thought Child artists would start taking over the industry like they have. This is the same industry that use to shon away from child stars if it killed them. When you can actually listen to a Little john song and not want to just throw something or smack someone or just do something very violent......Well then we just dont know what to say then cause your silly. Even the CEO throws his caviar at the wall and kicks his dog right in the face when his songs comes on. YEAHHH, its Crazy. Wait for it.....wait for it...... and insane music concept.
Some other Crazy Insane music Facts: Vinyl sales have increased by almost 100% 2009. The industry itself goes quite nuts when they look at their "Losses". By no means is $4Billion a small loss. However, if we're still earning $10Billion, don't think that we have lost alot in comparison. You know what really is a Crazy Insane Music concept. That Picture over there Lady Gaga by the way.
